Avant comes from the Italian word meaning “getting ahead” or “moving forward”, and that’s exactly what Jake Theoret and Jamie Balgooyen deliver their clients. 

Jake came to real estate from the creative side. Growing up with a love of architecture and interior design, Jake studied design at Kendall College. Jake and Jamie come from different perspectives and backgrounds, giving their clients a varied, unique and diversified approach to business, marketing and negotiation.

The Avant Group’s mission is to offer their clients innovative, creative, and customer focused real estate solutions with a concierge level of service.
